Disclosure Statement

At Broken Vows, Restored Hearts, everything we do is done in obedience to what we believe to be God’s leading. We are in constant prayer as we seek His will for this ministry and in our life. We ask Him to take our simple offerings and multiply them for His Kingdom.  More than anything else, we want to honor God in what we do here.

For that reason, we are highly committed to honesty and integrity in our business dealings. We can assure you that we whole-heartedly stand behind anything we recommend.  While we do include ads and affiliate links to help compensate us for our time as well as make money to further the ministry, these do not in any way affect what we write or say.
Book reviews, product reviews, or services recommendations are all done giving our honest opinions. If we include an affiliate link to purchase the product, it is both to make it easy for the reader to purchase, and, yes, to help us make a few cents off that purchase. (Without ever affecting the price for you, the buyer, at all.)

We use A LOT of Scripture in our writing. Through our years of studying God’s word we have used many translations, and encourage our readers to look verses up in multiple translations in their own personal Bible study time. Along the way, we’ve fallen in love with the New Living Translation (NLT). It so beautifully communicates the Word of God in a way that is very easy to understand. For that reason, we have chosen to use NLT as our default translation here on the blog.

We may occasionally prefer the way another translation states a verse, and choose to use that translation instead. This will always be indicated in parentheses next to the passage, and will almost always be either the New International Version (NIV) or English Standard Version (ESV).

The ad network I use (a product of google) does use cookies to generate its ads and choose products/services that are relevant to you, the reader, based on your search history. I have tried to block any ad categories that I think are likely to have inappropriate material, but this is very difficult to do thoroughly.

Please know that Broken Vows Restored Hearts, and HDLD Ministries are not selecting the ads that appear on your screen and do not necessarily endorse them. I sincerely apologize if something triggering or inappropriate shows up!

About BVRH:

At Broken Vows, Restored Hearts, we believe that when two people surrender to God there is no marital brokenness He can’t redeem. Our God is a chain breaker and a heart healer. We only need to believe, repent, and obey! So let’s turn to Him and be healed.

“Oh Lord, if You heal me, I will be truly healed; if You save me, I will be truly saved. My praises are for You alone.”
Jeremiah 17:14
